SERVPRO Makes Sewage Damage “Like it never even happened.”

One of SERVPRO of Blount County's commercial clients called in after hours one night with a sewage and bio overspill after a customer flushed a diaper down the toilet. Plumbers had cut the pipe on the backside of the building allowing the back-up pressure to release. 

Our bio-hazard team arrived on sight within an hour of the initial call and began to mitigate and disinfect the spill. After working for a couple of hours on the spill, SERVPROs technicians were able to inform the client that the loading docks were clean and sanitized before the next morning deliveries were set to arrive.
