Clogged gutters leads to wet basement

This flooded basement in Maryville, Tn was the result of a clogged gutter, and a disconnected down-spout during a storm. The carpet throughout the basement was soaking wet as well as the base of several walls. 

Our technicians began the remediation process by cutting, bagging and removing the wet carpet/pad. Before setting equipment and beginning to dry the tile and dry-wall.

The after picture was taken at the end of our first day on location. The customer was thrilled with SERVPRO's promptness and ability to complete the tear out and begin the drying process in a timely manor.
